great stay with a few minor hitches

The breakfast options were plentiful, with a nice egg station that added a personal touch to our mornings.

The sound insulation between rooms could use improvement.

Overall it was spotless with balcony.

the rooms are extremely spacious and have lovely view to the hills of patong. also, the location is awesome, minutes from an elaborate mall.

It's a pity but the water pressure was not good.

Could use a self-service laundry option!!! Wifi connection slow and unreliable!!! Room cleaning schedules inconsistent!!!

came here a few years ago, and after the renovations, the rooms seem bigger.

The selection and quality of the buffet breakfast has deteriorated.

the hotel is remarkable and overall clean, the staff are courteous, location is awesome near to junceylong mall. the rooms are extremely spacious here with balcony, enormous bath plus a double bed. the lobby bar is good, greatly enjoyed this place.

Perfect Location with Friendly Faces

Centrally located, just steps from Bangla Road and the beach. The spacious room provided a comfortable retreat each night. Breakfast featured a wide array that satisfied our mornings. Special thanks to the reception team, were really nice to ensure our stay was enjoyable!

the price is very good, the breakfast is superb.The room i had was very roomy and modern with quite a large balcony.

Showering in the room I was allocated origionally, was in the bath. The room had recently had a makeover and they had put new bath inside old bath which raises the height considerably. Being over 70 i couldnt get into bath. Matresses are currently being replaced, If you got one of the old ones they could be quite uncomfortable.

Short distance to the beaches, shopping, restaurants and pubs etc.Lobby is very spacious & comfortable to relax & the air-conditioning is very cooling.

Free Internet usage provided in every rooms except using hotel computers at the Lobby. Also, the rate charge of 90Bahts is too exorbitant compare to other hotels. Now, most hotels provide free internet usage during our stay at the hotel.Children below 12 yrs. old should not charge for buffet breakfast.

The location of this resort is fantastic, just a short stroll from the heart of Patong's shopping and nightlife. The staff were accommodating, helping us make the most of our large family holiday with convenience and ease.

In my wife's opinion, the cleanliness of our room left a lot to be desired. A thorough cleaning before our arrival would have.

The hotel was spotless with a REASONABLY PRICED restaurant. Unobtrusive, courteous people working here. The rooms with a double or 2 single beds and enormous bath, for example. Marvellous, brilliant location in the good area. Nearby Bar One - great place to chill out. Lobby bar in the property.

I really enjoyed my time here, especially the amazing spa services and the serene sun terrace that helped me unwind after a day of exploring. The outdoor swimming pool was refreshing, and it felt great to relax surrounded by lush greenery. Just a heads up, the breakfast options could be a bit better, but overall, it was a fantastic stay 😊

In room menu list write down mineral water is free but got charges, cause in room menu list write down free item and reception menu list free item is difference. If can pls update the menu list.

We arrived early and the hotel readily allowed us to check in. It's minutes away from the beach, excellent restaurants and the big shopping mall Junkceylon.

Front office staff are not proficient in English and pretend to be busy when approached.

honestly its just discusting from top to bottom,where can i start. cockroches,ants,poor breakfast,no english,rude staff and really bad bathrooms. i have paid for the top price indicated and supposingly they gave me the best room.but im soory its not worth a penny. i think this hotel will be good enough for a tight budget travellers. i would never stay in it again
